We went to the Impressions Gallery on a university trip. Here, we saw the work of Arpita Shah specifically her work called 'Nalini'. This was a personal project for Shah as she was looking into the histories of her mother and grandmother.
I found the images really intriguing and well detailed, however, I didn't think she used the space of the gallery too well . There seemed to be a lot of empty wall spaces and a lot of empty space in the room which made the room not only look empty but it felt empty. Personally this was overpowering the images however well made they were.
